ASK ME ANYTHING

Today on The Friday Society Podcast we dove into 3 community questions including capping new clients, SEO, and client communications. All of the Ask Me Anything questions I’ve been receiving are so good and coming in fast! If you have any questions please submit them here!!

This episode was really fun because a few of these questions are topics I am considering in my business in real time. We kick off this episode with a question from an OG member by discussing everyone’s favorite, but sometimes confusing, topic of SEO.

SEO 101

Search engine optimization (SEO) gives people the ability to find you on Google or other search platforms. Search engine’s are a huge channel of opportunity. When optimizing your businesses SEO really take time to think about what people are Googling which would lead them to you.

For example, if you are a Pilates studio in NY, people might Google “best pilates NY’ or ‘best pilates near me.’ Maybe even notice what words you use when Googling and what keywords you want associated with your business in Google. These keywords should appear on your website so they can link together.

Blogs are another great way to encourage traffic to your website. Not only is this amazing free content but it’s also linking more keywords back to your website to enhance SEO.

Capping New Clients

The second question is one that I’ve actually been dealing with myself. What do you do when you have so much interest that it’s difficult to take on new clients?

Customer service and client experience is the #1 priority, and if you are finding yourself maxed out, pausing enrollment might be what you have to do to provide an excellent customer experience. Personally, I am over 100% capacity for 1:1 clients and almost unable to take on new 1:1 clients. This is why I encourage new clients to first take advantage of The Friday Society Membership. Here they can find expert marketing advice at a fraction of the cost of a 1:1. I recommend listening to the full episode because I go into why this strategy should be handled with care!

Client Communication

Client communication is a part of my business that I absolutely love! I love connecting with my members to hear about their wins and successes. There are many ways to communicate with clients depending on if the client is new, intro, or lapsed.

One way to nurture new clients is to curate an inviting email nurture sequence. I talk a lot about nurture sequences in TFSM and the must haves of a welcome sequence. I also review this in the podcast.

I personally enjoy creating automated workflows in FloDesk as my email provider. I break down the different workflows depending on the client so stay tuned to the end! Here is my FloDesk code for 50% off.

If you are loving these episodes please reach out! And if you have anything you want to discuss further, remember to submit your questions here!
