Hey guys!
Welcome back!!I wasn’t able to drop an episode because I was on the road visiting clients (shoutout Studio47 Pilates) in Cape Cod!! It was so much fun seeing clients in action and how successful they are. Flexibility in my own schedule is such a core value of mine, so I am eternally grateful that my schedule allows me to hit the road whenever I need to.
I dropped an episode yesterday! Have you listed yet? The first question we got into was from Veronica, who is a Friday Society member. She was wondering where to start in TFS membership because there is so much useful content covered in the membership. Seriously y’all, it covers all areas of your business and it’s thorough. Trust me on this one.
This past month in the membership, we discussed pricing and covered the topic from different business angels. This was such a hot topic that we are actually extending it for a part 2. One topic can take the full month to plan out and implement. So my biggest recommendation when starting the membership is to pick one subject that you want to optimize and start there. Perhaps, optimizing automations is a great place to start because that will snowball into other areas of your business. For example, setting up a Zapier automation to enroll a new client into a nurture sequence will take that task immediately off your plate.
Friendly reminder that all members receive a 20% discount off 1:1 sessions, so if you’ve been feeling like some personal attention would benefit you, I’d encourage you to get one on the books! My calendar has been filling through the summer, so try to snag a time if you know you need it.
Pricing and brand consistency go hand-in-hand. I go into all the details on the pod but the short and sweet is that similar services should be priced consistently. For example, pricing for a one hour HITT class should be consistent with a Stretch and Release class. If there is a discrepancy in pricing you are subconsciously communicating that one class has more value over the other. I also discuss memberships in more detail on the pod and we went DEEP into this topic within TFS membership.
I’ll round out this blog post out by asking this question to you. After a new client signs up, what is your goal? For the client to purchase a class pack, a membership, privates, etc..
I also discuss if you have too many pricing options, how often you should raise prices, and should you grandfather clients into new pricing structures.
I’m really curious about how this resonates or if you’ve been resistant pricing changes so leave a comment below or reach out!
