“Frequency is the speed at which vibration moves and the frequency that my bowls play are healing and relaxing. Certain frequencies are going to help with deep relaxation. This is a vehicle to meditation. The frequency of the sound bowls help lower the frequency of your body, slow everything down, bring you into rest and digest, and it allows you to be present, which is meditation.’
